Do I need a gym or equipment?

No gym needed. The programme includes bodyweight-only sessions so you can train at home. Optional dumbbell sessions are also included.

What if I don't lose 10–15 lbs in 6 weeks?

If you follow the programme and don't hit 10–15 lbs lost in 6 weeks, we'll continue coaching you for free until you do. It's completely risk-free.
